Francine Bélanger RNC LNC RN Degree earned from an accredited school of nursing in 1988. Obtained in 1993: CERTIFICATION- Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC). On-going continuing education in nursing and legal nurse consulting. Thirteen years of patient care experience; medical/surgical, Out Patient Day Surgery, nursery levels I & II. Eight of those years specialized in anteparum, intrapartum, and postpartum care of the Level II obstertrical patient; two years as a perinatal nurse clinician for the in-home care of obstertrical patients requiring complex management. Two years of QA & chart review with admissions. MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANTS.

RN Degree earned from an accredited school of nursing in 1991. Ongoing continuing education in nursing and legal nurse consulting. Ten years of experience in women's healthcare in the following areas: GYN surgery, scrub nurse, circulation nurse, nursery level I, LEVEL III HIGH RISK OBSTETRICAL NURSE with focus on antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care; perinatal nurse clinician for the in-home care of obsterical patients requiring complex management. MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANTS. Currently preparing for NCC exam for Certification-Inpatient Obstetrics and enrolled in BSN program.
